Free Design For CD & DVD Replication

Our simple goal in offering free grahic design to CD & DVD Replication cutomers is to ensure that the packaging and discs we supply are produced exactly as required. To our knowledge we are the only major CD & DVD Replication company in the UK offering design services for free. By offering free design and help with design, we go a long way towards gauranteeing that errors are avoided. Moreover, because all artwork is thoroughly checked before going into production, delays are kept to a minimum.

CD & DVD Replication customers wishing to take advantage of our free design service are requested to email or post any graphics, photographs, text, and other necessary elements to us along with a covering letter. The covering letter should give as much detail as possible, explaining prefered themes, layout, style, and design concepts. During the course of producing your artwork, you can expect us to contact you in order clarify and refine your design ideas. As progress is made we will send you drafts and proofs, making sure the design meets your expectations and requirements before proceeding.

Many of our customers are happy to produce their own artwork and to that end we offer free help and advice covering the many various aspects of graphic design relevant to producing suitable artwork for CD and DVD replication. Free Design: Terms & Conditions

Our free graphic design service is available to all CD and DVD replication customers. Note that we only offer free design for discs and packaging produced and supplied by Orbis Digital Limited.

Our free graphic design service is limited to 3 hours of our designer's time and where the time required to produce artwork exceeds 3 hours we will seek to negotiate payment terms based on an agreed hourly rate and the expected time involved. Note: In the vast majority of cases involving standard packaging and design for CD and DVD replication, 3 hours is more than enough time for an experienced designer to produce your artwork.

We will always strive to produce artwork within the prescribed 3 hour time-frame and where there is reasonable grounds to expect artwork production to take more than 3 hours we will be sure to give advanced warning of this and proceed according to a negotiated price for design time beyond 3 hours.
